quick bio Born in Amstetten, Austria on 1st April 1987 and raised in Baden, Austria, in my childhood and adolescence I was acting in
several theatre productions in Vienna, Baden and
Berlin and in film and television productions in Vienna. I also sang in
different bands and choirs and was a main actor in a musical ensemble
for which I also created the website and was responsible for public
relations as well as general management tasks until 2009. After
completing secondary education (2005) at BG/BRG Biondekgasse Baden with the
research paper 'Mass Media Worldwide - Their Role in Modern Society with
Particular Regard to the Largest Media Empires' and my military service
, I moved to St. Pölten for a Bachelor's degree in Media Management at
St. Pölten UAS. Besides studying in St. Pölten I gained first relevant work
experience through internships and casual work at e.g. ORF (Austrian
Broadcasting Corporation) or Brevillier Urban & Sachs. I graduated
in 2009 as Bachelor of Arts in Business (Media Management) with
specialisations in marketing and content management & media
production and a thesis titled 'Pay-TV 2.0 in saturated TV markets on the basis of Unitymedia'. While being in the final semester I moved to
Vienna and started working for 'miZZinglink', an HR service agency
specialised in the marketing and media industry. After graduation I started studying theatre, film and media at Vienna University for some months, but then received an offer to continue my studies at MONASH University in Melbourne, Australia, where I recently finished a thesis with the title ' Corporate Strategies of Global Media Conglomerates in the Age of Digitalisation and Convergence - An Analysis and Comparison of the Leading Media Companies' towards a Master's double degree in Business (Mbus) and Journalism (MJourn). | ![]() |
